Privacy policy

We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Information transparency

Transparency note: this page does not publish a legal entity name, registration number, ICP filing number, or customer-service address. Those details are omitted until verified. The Star1Age brand name must not be treated as a substitute for legal-entity information.

The following principles apply to all accounts, API requests, generated results, and console activity.

Information we process

  • Account and authentication data support sign-in and session security. Request, usage, billing, and order data support delivery, metering, reconciliation, and support.
  • Prompts, uploaded references, and generated results may be processed to execute a request and show its status in the Portal.

How information is used

  • We use information to operate the API, enforce access and rate limits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, calculate usage, and maintain service reliability.
  • We do not ask you to place passwords, API keys, payment secrets, or unrelated sensitive records in prompts or ordinary support messages.

Retention and deletion

  • Request content may have a shorter retention period than billing, usage, and audit metadata. The Portal shows the status and controls available for requests owned by your account.
  • Deleting a visible result does not necessarily erase records needed for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.

Your responsibilities

  • Avoid personal, confidential, or regulated information in prompts and uploads unless you have an appropriate legal basis and have assessed the risks of using a third-party service.
  • Keep account and key activity under review and report suspected unauthorized access through a verified service channel when one is provided.

Policy updates

  • This page describes the current information practices that can be verified from the service. Material changes will be reflected in the latest published version.

If your account or order view provides a verified service channel, include the relevant request or order ID when using it. Otherwise, keep the identifier for future follow-up and do not send credentials to an unverified address.

Policies may evolve as the product grows. The latest version published on this page applies to future use of the service.
