Refund policy
This page explains how wallet purchases and exceptional refund requests are handled.

Information transparency
Transparency note: this page does not publish a legal entity name, registration number, ICP filing number, or customer-service address. Those details are omitted until verified. The Star1Age brand name must not be treated as a substitute for legal-entity information.
The following principles apply to all accounts, API requests, generated results, and console activity.
What is recorded
- Keep the order ID, request ID, payment channel, and relevant timestamps for any payment or usage question. These identifiers are required to reconcile payment events and the wallet ledger.
- A successful API request may incur charges under the active pricing rule even if its result is later removed from visible history.
Failed or missing credit
- Uncredited, failed, duplicated, or otherwise disputed orders are reviewed against payment events, order state, and wallet entries.
- A provider failure, timeout, or client disconnect does not by itself establish a refund; the recorded request and billing outcome are reviewed together.
Requesting a review
- Use a verified account or order service channel when one is available and include only the relevant identifiers and a concise description of the issue.
- Never send passwords, API keys, payment secrets, or full card details to an unverified address.
Limits of this page
- This page does not infer or promise a legal entity, payment provider, statutory cooling-off right, tax treatment, or customer-service address without verified operational information.
- Any approved adjustment is recorded against the applicable order or wallet entry; future requests remain subject to the current pricing and service rules.
If your account or order view provides a verified service channel, include the relevant request or order ID when using it. Otherwise, keep the identifier for future follow-up and do not send credentials to an unverified address.
Policies may evolve as the product grows. The latest version published on this page applies to future use of the service.
